All orders shipped from Firstech Canada are shipped from our Saskatoon, SK warehouse. A delivery signature may not be required.

A signature for receipt of delivery will not be indicated as being required unless expressly requested by the purchaser.

Lost, Damaged, or Discrepant Shipments.
All shipments are sent using licensed carriers and leave Firstech Canada's facility in good condition. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier or the Buyer's designated representative, title to the product transfers to the Buyer. It is the Buyer's responsibility to obtain any insurance needed to protect against potential shipping loss.
The Buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage in transit, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages. If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match the invoice, the Buyer must notify Firstech Canada and submit a written claim within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the shipment. Supporting documentation, including photos, the invoice or packing slip, and the shipping receipt, must be provided. Claims submitted after this 24-hour period will not be accepted, and payment of the invoice may not be delayed or withheld due to shipping-related issues.

Merchandise Returns.
Return Window: All products may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full credit. Any return still requires an approved RMA. Returns after 60 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee or a dollar-for-dollar stock balance and require approval from Firstech Canada management and your territory sales representative. Stock balance requests must be accompanied by a replacement order before an RMA can be issued. No returns will be accepted after 180 days.
Condition of Returned Goods: All returned items must be factory sealed, in like-new, saleable condition, and free from date markings, pricing labels, or damage. Products must be shipped via prepaid freight, with the RMA tag clearly visible on the outside of every box. Freight collect shipments or packages without a valid RMA tag will be refused.
Shipping Costs: Prepaid shipping applies only to defective items returned under warranty. Non-defective items returned for credit will be billed for the quoted cost or may be returned prepaid by the customer.
RMA Number and Credit Approval: Issuance of an RMA# by Firstech Canada does not guarantee a merchandise credit. All returns must comply with this return policy. Items that do not meet policy requirements will be refused and returned to the customer.
Exclusions and Special Conditions: Product returns exclude opened items, damaged items, clearance items, discontinued items, and special-order items. These are final sale. Items returned under the 60-day return policy must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and manuals. Returns without original packaging will be denied entirely.
